Welder (Entry-Level Welcome – Training Provided)

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Half-day Fridays | Overtime available
Pay: $20–$23/hour, based on experience

About the Role

We’re hiring motivated Welders to join a growing Milwaukee-area manufacturing team. If you have MIG/TIG experience, great—if not, no problem. This company is eager to train the right people who are serious about building a career in welding.

You’ll work on real production and fabrication projects in a clean, safety-focused shop with steady hours, half-day Fridays, and consistent overtime opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components and assemblies

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, sketches, and work orders

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Fit, measure, and assemble parts to specification using hand tools and fixtures

• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure welds meet standards

• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules

What They’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a shop environment

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Prior welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus—but not required

• Fresh grads, career-changers, and candidates new to the market are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Thursday: Full shifts

• Friday: Half-day

• Overtime: Available and encouraged

• Starting Pay: $20–$23/hour, depending on experience and skill level
