What You’ll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during the warranty period
Manage and resolve warranty requests from start to finish
Perform light handyman and maintenance repairs
Conduct 30-day and 11-month warranty walkthroughs
Coordinate repairs with vendors and trade partners
Track service trends and provide field feedback to improve quality
What You Bring
3–5 years of residential construction or warranty experience
Strong knowledge of home systems and finishes
Hands-on repair skills and a customer-first mindset
Clear communication and solid organizational skills
