We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role involves operating a forklift and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Operate forklift to move, load, and unload materials
Assist with shipping and receiving processes
Maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members in English and Spanish
2–5 years of warehouse experience
Forklift certification preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work Monday–Friday, first shift
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
