General Accountabilities:

  1. Create and maintain a safe work environment.
  2. Adhere to all regulatory compliance.
  3. Adhere to all Food Safety / Food Defense compliance.
  4. Maintain exceptional sanitation.
  5. Fair and professional treatment of all associates.
  6. Develop an optimal customer mix.
  7. Forecast and maintain staffing levels.
  8. Development of a high performing team.
  9. Drive process and performance improvement.
  10. Interface with other business units.
  11. Develop & review budgets and forecasts.
  12. Maintain & full utilize IT Systems for multiple locations.
