Leading Family-Owned Company dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting the overall supply chain process. Special customer deliveries as needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize overstock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting inventory.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory data.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
