Job Requirements
Job Duties
The ideal candidate enjoys working outside and building relationships with internal and external customers.
Skills that are important for this role include:
- Tracking warehouse inventory in computer system
- Pulling product in the warehouse and loading it up for the service and maintenance teams
- Deliver products and supplies at customer’s homes
- Deliver pool equipment with the service team to customer homes
- Ability to work in a physical job and lifting 25-40 lbs, 50 lbs would be the max
- Thrive working in the outdoors - winter, spring, summer or fall
Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with the internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and partner with other departments in the company to ensure their success as well
- Attention to detail to manage inventory in the warehouse and ensure everyone has the product that they need in the right location
- Takes pride in doing great work!
- Need to have a qualified driving record
What we provide

- Full-time hours (40+ weekly)
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Boot Reimbursements, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign on Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after six months, and $500 after one year of continued employment
