We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a strong maintenance background and excellent customer communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive clear, effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or equipment issues
Leverage previous maintenance or repair experience to guide customers through solutions
Document service requests, solutions, and follow-up actions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Provide clear instructions and training to customers to prevent future issues
Maintain a strong customer-focused approach with patience and professionalism
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or technical support (manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset with proven ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships
