Job Description

Do you enjoy changing lives and helping people?  As a Talent Scout/Recruiter you have the opportunity to assist and help people find that next career or role that will help them grow.  You will be responsible for sourcing and reaching out to talent, ensuring they are a good fit for the clients we work with.  You will help design and develop recruiting strategies, interview and coach candidates, and assist with onboarding.
