International manufacturing company is looking to add a 2nd Shift Planning Assistant to assist with entering inventory and product details for sales and operational reporting. This role will also assist with the scheduling for assembly to provide the necessary shipping dates requested. Major Responsibilities:
Set daily and weekly assembly schedules to meet customer demands
Coordinate with sales and assembly to establish priorities for scheduling
Coordinate Assembly time frames with shipping and sales
Issue work orders
Issue transfer orders
Communicate material shortages and capacity constraints
