Our family-owned and employee-focused client is looking for a candidate to manage the daily operations of their retail store. You will be responsible for inventory tracking, marketing, merchandising, promotions, yearly tradeshow, and customer service. They are looking for a confident salesperson that has the ability to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. You should also have strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to the team in order to maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
- Assigns duties to relevant employees
- Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Merchandising and preparing yearly promotional events
- Track and manage inventory at store
