What You'll Do Every day brings something a little different. Your responsibilities will include
Preparing journal entries and supporting financial reporting
Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
Assisting with month-end and year-end close
Processing customer payments and managing accounts receivable
Following up on outstanding invoices
Preparing monthly construction draw requests
Maintaining organized financial records
Assisting with audits and special projects
Working alongside project managers to ensure accurate billing and job costing

Job Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Two+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Accounting software experience is helpful but not required
