• Performs accurate and timely journal entries
• Provides monthly detail to the Director of Finance for journal entries
• Processes accurate and timely accounts payable documentation
• Investigates and resolves accounts payable inquiries and problems
• Uses Microsoft Excel to:
• Input, compile, organize, manipulate and extract data
• Manipulate data
• Prepare, monitor, and manage spreadsheets
• Assist in preparation of forecasts, projections, and estimates
• Maintains the fixed asset and associated depreciation schedules
• Assists the Director of Finance in tracking and maintaining company insurance policies
• Completes and maintains all required paperwork, records, and documentation
• Documents and evaluates current procedures
• Maintains technical competency and remains current in changes in the accounting industry
• Demonstrates continuous effort to streamline work processes, establish positive, enjoyable work environment, and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
• Is involved in other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks or projects as assigned

• High skill level in data manipulation within Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and journal entries
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, discounts, proportions and percentages
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
• Extremely strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in data, and/or statistical analyses
• Strong mathematical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
