We’re seeking a hands-on Sourcing Manager to lead purchasing and supplier relationships for a growing distribution company. This role is key to ensuring cost-effective, timely procurement while supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with vendors for products and materials
Manage supplier performance and maintain strong relationships
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations on supply needs
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve sourcing processes
Track market trends and stay informed on product availability
Qualifications:
3+ years in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience in a distribution or logistics environment preferred
Proficient in Excel and inventory systems
Self-starter comfortable in a small, fast-paced team
