-Double checking the picking list/orders
-Scanning in orders
-Packaging products in the correct size boxes
-Weighing shipments
-Use the shipping software to create labels
-Palletize and stretch wrap
-Basic math skills
-Forklift experience is a plus and they may help in other departments
