Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented sewing operator to join our team in an inclusive and welcoming manufacturing environment. If you have a steady hand, an eye for precision, and a passion for producing high-quality textile products, we’d love to meet you! 

 

Duties of the Role:

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric components accurately and efficiently
  • Read and interpret work orders and sewing instructions to meet product specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and thread changes as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • An open-minded attitude in a community where diversity flourishes
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous industrial or domestic sewing experience preferred (but not required!)
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work
  • Past manufacturing experience is a plus!
