This Service Technician role is all about variety, growth, and hands-on work. You’ll be outdoors year-round, helping customers create and maintain their backyards while building your skills in troubleshooting, repair, and installation. No two days are truly the same in this role.

Krystyna recently took the exciting step of beginning her professional journey after graduating from the University of Alabama in the summer of 2025 with a degree in Chemistry. She joined Hatch as an ELITE Intern, eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Krystyna embraces new challenges and is motivated by the opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact each day.
Outside of her work Krystyna enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two one-year-old German Shepherds. She is excited about this new step in her career and brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to everything she does.
