Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development guidance to team members
  • Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and key performance metrics
  • Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Support complex deal cycles and key client relationships when needed
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and results

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or IT solutions preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics

Leadership & Mentorship Focus:

  • Act as a hands-on leader committed to developing individual and team success
  • Provide structured coaching, goal-setting, and career pathing for direct reports
  • Identify high-potential team members and support their advancement
  • Lead by example through active participation in the sales process
