Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Leader to drive new client acquisition, expand existing accounts, and lead a team of recruiters and account managers.
This is a hands on leadership role that blends B2B service sales leadership, team development, recruiting oversight, and client relationship management.
You will serve as both a hunter and builder, developing new business while also coaching and aligning internal recruiting teams to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
Drive new business development across Southeastern Wisconsin.
Build and execute a consistent outbound sales strategy including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Develop long-term service partnerships across industrial, professional, office, and skilled labor markets.
Account Leadership
Grow and expand existing client relationships.
Serve as main point of contact for key accounts.
Identify upsell opportunities to all existing accounts.
Team Leadership & Recruiting Oversight
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers.
Foster collaboration between sales and recruiting
Strategy & Operations
Build and manage pipeline forecasting and revenue projections.
Partner with leadership on service offerings, and market expansion plans.
Contribute to overall business strategy and growth planning.

What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years of B2B service sales experience.
Proven track record of new business development and territory growth.
Experience leading or mentoring teams in a sales or service environment.
Strong understanding of consultative, relationship based sales.
High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Passion for community involvement and company culture.
