Sales Manager – B2B Technology

High-Impact Leadership Role | Consultative, Complex Sales | Team Builder

Our client is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead and elevate their B2B sales organization within the technology space. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader and top producer who knows what elite performance looks like—and has the passion, discipline, and coaching mindset to build a team that consistently delivers it.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in consultative sales cycles, brings structure and accountability to the sales process, and genuinely enjoys mentoring others to reach their full potential. You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, developing talent, and driving sustainable revenue growth.


What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you will lead from the front—coaching, strategizing, and partnering across the organization to deliver measurable results.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, support, and inspire the Sales Team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to outcomes
  • Coach and mentor Sales Executives to become confident, independent, and consistently high-performing contributors

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Advise on deal strategy, including proposal structuring, competitive positioning, and navigating complex buying groups
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition
  • Drive demand through webinars, demos, outbound initiatives, and targeted strategic programs

Planning, Forecasting & Analytics

  • Partner with leadership to establish annual sales goals, quotas, and territory plans
  • Define, track, and manage KPIs and performance benchmarks
  • Prepare and present accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver clear, actionable feedback

Cross-Functional & Market Engagement

  • Collaborate with product and internal teams to share customer insights and influence product enhancements
  • Represent the company at select industry conferences and events (approximately 3–4 per year) to strengthen and build relationships

 

 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A demonstrated top-performing sales leader with experience in B2B technology or complex solution-based selling
  • Proven success leading and coaching sales teams through multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on leadership and mentorship
  • Ability to drive accountability, clarity, and consistent execution across a sales organization
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally
