We're hiring a Safety Manager to oversee safety operations on a large-scale construction project in Mount Pleasant. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent earning potential and future projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily safety meetings and Stretch & Flex sessions
• Monitor active construction sites throughout the day
• Coach crews on OSHA compliance and safe work practices
• Conduct safety audits and document findings
• Address unsafe behaviors immediately and professionally
• Partner with field leadership and the General Contractor to maintain world-class safety standards
• Investigate incidents and follow established reporting protocols

This isn't a desk job.

You'll spend most of your day walking the jobsite, observing work, coaching crews, and making sure everyone goes home safely.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Strong OSHA knowledge
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience on electrical panel boards
• Commercial construction experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Confident communicator who isn't afraid to hold people accountable
• Able to adapt quickly as jobsite conditions change

Schedule

• Approximately 50-60 hours per week
• Six-day work weeks every three weeks
• Long days – but excellent overtime opportunities
