Retail Manager
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on motivating teams to achieve targets and uphold company standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staffing
Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver top-notch customer service
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals
Manage inventory, merchandise displays, and store presentation
Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Flexible schedule, only one weekend day
