• Order parts and learn new equipment and systems on the job.

• Work outdoors in a variety of Wisconsin weather conditions.

• Support the team in keeping customer equipment running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a natural problem-solving mindset.

• Experience repairing small engines, equipment, vehicles, or mechanical systems is helpful—but not required.

• Comfort using tools and learning how mechanical systems operate.

• A positive attitude and ability to work well independently and with a team.

• Dependability, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation to the Waukesha, WI work location.
