We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to lead procurement efforts for agricultural products and supplies. This role focuses on building strong vendor partnerships, ensuring quality, and supporting seasonal and long-term supply needs.
Responsibilities:
Source seeds, inputs, equipment, and ag-related materials
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers
Monitor market trends, availability, and cost fluctuations
Collaborate with farm operations and logistics to forecast demand
Ensure supplier compliance with quality and sustainability standards
Qualifications:
3+ years in sourcing or supply chain, preferably in agriculture
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with ag supply cycles and vendor networks
Organized, analytical, and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
