Job Description

Reputable, relaxed manufacturing firm is looking for a Recruiting/HR Assistant to support the Director of Recruiting with sourcing, identifying and qualifying candidates.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research initial applications and background information of applicants
  • Screen applicant inquiries
  • Assist with phone calls and initial screening
  • Update job listings and post them accordingly
  • Maintain an accurate, organized and detailed candidate database
  • Follow-up with applicants to make initial contacts
  • Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, previous experience preferred
  • Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified candidate pool
  • Maintain accurate and up-to date records of all driver candidates and hiring activities
