Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Administrative/Recruiting Coordinator to support our corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and assisting with administrative functions throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams across multiple departments and time zones

Manage job postings on internal career sites, external job boards, and professional networks

Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records accurately and consistently

Communicate with candidates to provide updates, confirm interviews, and ensure a smooth experience

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support high-volume and niche hiring initiatives

Assist with pre-employment steps, including background checks, references, and offer letter preparation
Administrative Support:

Maintain confidential candidate and employee documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance standards

Prepare and distribute HR communications, interview guides, and onboarding materials

Help coordinate onboarding schedules and logistics for new hires

Provide calendar management and support for HR or TA leadership as needed

Assist with reporting and tracking of recruiting metrics, dashboards, and headcount data
