You will build relationships with drivers, logistics professionals, and fleet managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. Strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry-specific requirements is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
