Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top talent in the transportation industry. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying qualified candidates to onboarding new hires. You will build relationships with drivers, logistics professionals, and fleet managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. Strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for transportation roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company hiring standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry-specific requirements is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
