Job Description

This role demands a highly trustworthy individual who can independently manage the security of the front desk, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter and exit the office. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to taking on projects without supervision.Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Managing daily office activities and coordinating events, such as Root Beer Float Day and Potluck Day.
  • Overseeing the office's travel software, including long-term scheduling and staff training.
We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a front desk environment.
The hours are 8-5pm.
