We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily office operations.
Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally
Provide administrative support to all departments
Maintain office and conference room organization and supplies
Coordinate training events, catering, and customer visits
Manage records, filing, and documentation
Arrange travel and negotiate hotel rates
Prepare reports, analyze information, and resolve administrative issues
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma; prior office experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional demeanor
Salesforce experience a plus
