We’re Hiring: Receptionist (Front Office Professional Wanted!)

We’re looking for a Receptionist who can balance friendliness with professionalism. In this key front-desk role, you'll ensure visitors feel respected and supported while keeping daily office operations running smoothly behind the scenes!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and team members with warmth and professionalism
- Manage the front desk and keep the office running smoothly
- Support all departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized, tidy, and well-stocked office and kitchen
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits, training events, and catering
- Handle travel arrangements and liaise with local hotels to secure preferred rates
- Keep records organized and ensure files are up to date
- Help solve administrative challenges by preparing reports, analyzing data, and recommending solutions
- Jump in and support wherever needed – we’re all in this together!
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A welcoming, service-minded attitude and team spirit
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- A professional, polished presence
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently
- High School Diploma required; prior office experience preferred
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or SAP
