We’re looking for a Receptionist who can balance friendliness with professionalism. In this key front-desk role, you'll ensure visitors feel respected and supported while keeping daily office operations running smoothly behind the scenes!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and team members with warmth and professionalism
• Manage the front desk and keep the office running smoothly
• Support all departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and well-stocked office and kitchen
• Schedule and coordinate customer visits, training events, and catering
• Handle travel arrangements and liaise with local hotels to secure preferred rates
• Keep records organized and ensure files are up to date
• Help solve administrative challenges by preparing reports, analyzing data, and recommending solutions
• Jump in and support wherever needed – we’re all in this together!
