Quality Technician
Job Description
The Quality Technician will support the quality assurance team in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits, as well as documenting results and collaborating with various departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document inspection and test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to address quality issues.
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the Quality Manager in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
