Quality Inspector – 1st Shift
Location: Pewaukee, WI
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a clean, well-lit work environment? Join a growing team where quality and precision matter!
What You’ll Do:
Perform incoming part inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct final inspections on engines, new products, and kits
Audit outbound shipments for accuracy
Help develop and implement manufacturing quality processes
Oversee the gage lab and calibration schedules
Support new product development by reviewing inspections and drawings
Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and corrective actions
Work directly with suppliers to address issues, review SCARs, and ensure compliance
Review PPAP submissions and verify part accuracy
Maintain clear documentation and follow-up on inspection findings
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
Familiarity with PPAP processes is a plus
