We're Hiring: Project Manager, Outdoor Living Projects

Do you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, and working with people? If you like seeing a project come together from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for a Project Manager to help lead our outdoor living projects. You'll be the go-to person for our customers throughout the entire project, making sure they stay informed, schedules stay on track, and our crews have everything they need to succeed.

Every day is a little different. One minute you might be meeting with a homeowner, the next you're coordinating with a foreman, ordering materials, or working through a scheduling challenge. If you enjoy staying busy and finding solutions, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the main point of contact for our customers and keep them updated throughout their project.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and crews.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and help set everyone up for success.
• Visit job sites, check on progress, and quickly address any issues that come up.
• Track projects, budgets, and billing using our ERP system.
• Work closely with our field teams and operations staff to keep projects moving forward.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Enjoys working with people and communicates well.
• Can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details.
• Is organized, dependable, and likes solving problems.
• Doesn't mind splitting time between the office and job sites.
• Has experience in construction, landscaping, outdoor living, remodeling, or a similar industry (preferred).
• Has experience with an ERP system (a plus, but not required).
• Bilingual (required)

A Few Things to Know

• Our day starts early! typically around 6:30 AM.
• This position is a mix of office work and time spent in the field.
• During our busiest season, some longer days are part of the job.
