Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events. This role will manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead event planning and execution for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and activations

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Serve as main point of contact for clients and vendors

  • Coordinate logistics including venues, permits, staffing, and production

  • Oversee onsite execution and resolve issues as they arise

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of event or project management experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
