Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and a client-first mindset. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure each event is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of event projects—from concept to post-event wrap-up.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, staffing, and logistics.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand event goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and services.

  • Lead internal and external meetings to ensure project alignment.

  • Ensure on-site execution is seamless, managing setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.

  • Track milestones, manage changes in scope, and mitigate project risks.

  • Prepare post-event reports including budget reconciliation and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the event industry.

  • Strong understanding of event production, logistics, and marketing.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
