Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to execution. In this role, you will coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Responsibilities include timeline management, vendor negotiations, on-site coordination, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality trade show experiences. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in event planning, project management, or the trade show industry.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management or event coordination experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Willingness to travel as needed for trade show events
