Job Description
Experienced, leading development company with a strong reputation and culture is looking to add to their team. Opportunity to work HYBRID 2 days a week from home. As the Project Specialist you will be responsible for directly supporting the Sr. Project Executive team. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and entering all project costs and proposals
- Reviewing and updating project budgets within excel spreadsheets
- Monthly reconciliations and review of client projects
- Updating dashboard reports
- Maintaining weekly communication with client's purchasing and accounting teams to ensure that project goals are being updated and met
- Assisting project teams with updates on project proposals and presentations
Job Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
