We are working with a company on the west side of Milwaukee that is hiring a Project Leader to handle client renovations. They are a company that has high integrity, believes in taking care of their internal team just as much as their customers and stands behind their work 100% of the time!
This role doesn't require you to have any specific industry experience, but we are looking for the following qualities:
- An overflowing positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors 75% of the time
- Experience leading / supervising a team
- Desire to learn
- Enjoys solving problems
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead a renovation team through projects and train when needed
- Schedule jobs and track progress on goals
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, text or in-person on project work
- Work side by side with your team throughout the project and communicate back to your supervisors
