About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Project Coordinator to support our new home construction team. In this role, you’ll act as the central link between homeowners, builders, and internal departments—ensuring each project runs smoothly from contract to closing.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, providing updates and guidance throughout the construction process.
Coordinate project timelines, inspections, and service requests with construction and design teams.
Manage documentation, warranty information, and closing details with accuracy and efficiency.
Track progress on multiple homes simultaneously and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
Support post-closing service needs with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.
Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or a related field preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
