Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Success Manager to guide homeowners
through the custom home building process from contract to completion. This role is ideal for a
highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering
exceptional client experiences. The Client Success Manager acts as the homeowner’s primary
point of contact, coordinating selections, vendor meetings, and project updates while ensuring
alignment between design, budget, and construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the build process.
•Schedule, coordinate, and attend vendor and selection meetings (cabinets, flooring,
lighting, etc.).
•Guide homeowners through the design and selections process, ensuring all choices align
with budget and timelines.
•Communicate client selections, changes, and approvals to the project manager and
construction team.
•Maintain organized records of selections, change orders, and signed approvals.
•Proactively update homeowners on project milestones, next steps, and timelines.
•Coordinate with vendors, designers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely
orders.
•Address homeowner questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
•Assist with walkthrough scheduling (pre-drywall, final, and orientation).
•Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure seamless transitions between
design, construction, and warranty stages.
•Track and manage outstanding homeowner action items or documentation needs.
•Ensure an exceptional homeowner experience from contract signing through move-in.
Qualifications:
•3–5 years of experience in residential construction, design coordination, or client relations
preferred.
•Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
•Experience coordinating with trades, vendors, or designers in a construction environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
•Professional, client-focused demeanor with excellent follow-through.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
