We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to help manage outdoor living projects from start to finish. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle - providing updates, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and ensuring projects stay on track. You’ll work closely with field teams, foremen, subcontractors, and operations leadership in a fast-paced construction environment. What You’ll Do
Communicate daily with clients regarding project progress
Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project timelines
Lead kickoff and planning meetings
Monitor active projects and help resolve issues quickly
Work within the ERP system to track project progress and billing
Support field teams and ensure projects stay on pace and within budget
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once
Organized, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Construction, outdoor living, landscaping or renovation experience preferred
ERP system experience is a plus

Typical start time is 6: 30 AM
Combination of office and field work
Longer hours may be required during peak season
