Are you a problem-solver and leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Do you have a passion for efficiency, quality, and teamwork? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Production Supervisor in our cutting-edge electronics manufacturing facility!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a team to meet production goals with precision and efficiency.
Ensure quality by overseeing assembly, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.
Champion safety and compliance in everything we do.
Collaborate across departments (engineering, supply chain, quality) to optimize processes.
Analyze data and monitor KPIs to keep production running smoothly.
Implement lean manufacturing strategies for smarter, faster operations.

What You Bring:

3+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge of PCB assembly, SMT, and industry standards (ISO 9001, IPC, ESD controls).
A knack for problem-solving, coaching, and motivating teams.
Experience with lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
