What You’ll Do
Lead and coach production team members to hit safety, quality, and output goals.
Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth.
Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve processes and reduce downtime.
Drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Keep accurate production records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
Strong communication and people skills—you know how to motivate and develop teams.
Problem-solving mindset with an eye for process improvement.
Ability to adapt, prioritize, and lead in a dynamic environment.
