Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Shift: First Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly dependable and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will model a positive attitude and strong work ethic, while working closely with the Operations Manager and Sales team to maintain a consistent and efficient production schedule. As a key leader in our manufacturing environment, you will identify and address any barriers to meeting production goals and assist operators when challenges arise. You will also be responsible for developing your team's skills, addressing employee performance issues, and ensuring the overall success of our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Sales team to maintain and adjust the production schedule.
• Identify and troubleshoot barriers to meeting production goals; provide hands-on assistance to operators as needed.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
• Address employee performance issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of productivity and morale.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Lead by example in modeling dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities.
• Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage the production floor efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Green Card.
• Associate degree or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the use of production management software.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
