We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Production Manager to lead daily operations and drive continuous improvement across our production team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and team members

  • Oversee daily production schedules to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability

  • Partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to meet production goals

  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of production staff
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role

  • Strong people leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and development

  • Ability to balance operational demands with team engagement

  • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
