Product Manager

Job Description
- Lead product portfolio strategy and road map development
- Own the product life cycle from planning to execution.
- Conduct market research, customer visits, VoC and competitive analysis
- Develop product pricing, positioning, and business case justifications
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Marketing
- Ensure on-time availability of prototypes and products life cycle support
- Act as a product evangelist and cross-functional leader
- Support ISO/AS/ITAR quality and compliance requirements
- Drive innovation and product vitality
- Travel up to 20% for customer visits and industry events
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of Product Management experience or 3+ years as a product specialist
- Strong presence and leadership skills - must be able to lead and drive conversation
- Experience with interconnect products and/or aerospace & defence is a plus
- Proven track record of strong working relationships with managers and cross-functional teams
- Project management certification is a bonus
