Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and protecting a portfolio of accounts receivable collateral while supporting clients with effective receivables management strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach to managing collections and minimizing risk. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist in the collection of client accounts receivable while maximizing portfolio performance and reducing delinquencies and bad debt write-offs.
  • Conduct professional collection activities using effective negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication.
  • Analyze account portfolios to identify risk factors, collection trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate and guide clients on accounts receivable management best practices and collection strategies.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and changing demands while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Prepare concise written communications and interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • 0–3 years of professional experience. 
  • Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable Collections and/or Cash Application experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • General computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

This position is primarily office-based and requires frequent sitting, computer work, typing, reading, written communication, and analytical reasoning. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be required
