Job Description

International manufacturing company is looking to add a 2nd Shift Planning Assistant to assist with entering inventory and product details for sales and operational reporting.  This role will also assist with the scheduling for assembly to provide necessary shipping dates requested.  

Major Responsibilities:

  • Set daily and weekly assembly schedules to meet customer demands 
  • Coordinate with sales and assembly to establish priorities for scheduling 
  • Coordinate Assembly time frames with shipping and sales
  • Issue work orders
  • Issue transfer orders 
  • Communicate material shortages and capacity constraints 
  • Provide general lead times 
  • Respond to customer requests 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's in Business Supply Chain or related field 

1-2 years of experience 

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
