We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal & Executive Assistant to support a dynamic leader and fast-moving environment! This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—you’ll act as a trusted partner, problem-solver, and gatekeeper, ensuring both professional and personal priorities run seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

As a key partner in daily operations, you will:

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Personal Assistance

  • Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and errands as needed
  • Coordinate events, reservations, and special projects
  • Oversee household/vendor coordination or other personal logistics (if applicable)

Operations & Coordination

  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
  • Streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency
  • Assist with project management and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support special initiatives and ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
