Job Description

Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a dynamic Executive with a fast-paced schedule and a million moving parts.  In this role you would be responsible for:

  • Managing calendars 
  • Coordinating travel plans 
  • Handle communications 
  • Run errands, both digital and real-world 
  • Anticipate needs before they arise 
  • Keep confidential information locked down 
  • Preparing and planning catering events and menus 
  • Assisting with volunteer and foundation events and planning 
  • Preparing for board meetings 
  • Home office organizing 
  • Coordinate household repairs for multiple properties with outside contractors 

Job Requirements

5+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience 

  • Tech-Savvy with Microsoft Office 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Highly confidential 
  • Impeccable communication skills 
  • Natural problem solver with a "figure it out" mindset
